W: You wanted to see me?

W：你找我？

M: Yes, I'll get straight to the point. Over the past month or so, it has become apparent that your performance has dipped.

You've been late to work several times these past few weeks, which is very uncharacteristic of you.

But what really concerns me is your curtailed output. Lately, you seem to be constantly one step behind. What's going on?

W: I'm sorry. I'm going through some unfortunate family issues at the moment.
