M: Good afternoon, Theater Bookings International. My name’s Philip. How may I help you today?

W: Oh, good afternoon. My name is Helen. I’ve been trying to book tickets for the musical Cats in London on evening of May the 28th. But I can’t get the computer to accept my card payment. I’ve tried three times, but it doesn’t want to take it.

W: Oh, my goodness, no. I’m scared of heights, and you can never see anything if you are too high up anyway.
