OK. Let's say Lucy has a nosebleed. What should she do... Sarah?

Sarah: Sit down and bend forwards slightly. Squeeze her nose just below the bridge until the bleeding stops.

What if your friend got a piece of food caught in his throat and he's choking? Gary?
